Business Process Analyst II

Eminent Software Services in East Windsor, CT is seeking Business Process Analysts (II) to analyze business requirements, procedures and systems and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Individuals will use standard occupational tools, and apply advanced principles and concepts of business and industrial planning to perform the following duties:
- Work with clients and the Business team to identify and analyze the client's core business processes and industry operations.
- Analyze business requirements and needs, and identify various risks, issues and dependencies on other ongoing or support projects.
- Act as a liaison between Business and System teams.
- Coordinate meetings, create specific agendas, take meeting minutes and manage action items.
- Work with the Business team to write Business Scenarios.
- Create dashboards for various projects.
- Work with Structured Query Language (SQL) and create ETL source to target data mapping documents. - Create XML mapping documents.
- Maintain and update SharePoint database for client-specific programs and projects.
- Create test strategies and test cases for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Execute the Early and Formal UAT and log defects. This position does not supervise other personnel.
As assigned, perform other duties normal to this occupation.
REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in Business Administration, or any related Management, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering or Industrial Planning field that provided the required knowledge and abilities, and one (1) year of related experience that provided the required skills and abilities.
Position requires demonstrable experience and proficiency with the following:
- MS SharePoint.
- Structured Query Language (SQL).
- ETL mapping.
- XML mapping.
Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable. The term suitable, in this context, means substantial compatibility with stated academic level and job experience requirements, and ability to perform job duties. No travel or telecommuting. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of the project.
