Internal Wholesaler

Duties for the Internal Wholesaler:
Introduce financial institution executives (CEO, CFO, EVP) to insurance solutions that drive revenue to their income statements. Maintain/update CRM; research key contacts at financial institutions within a territory.
Place numerous sales calls daily to introduce and promote the Insuritas solution to meet company goals.
Willingness to learn all aspects of the sales process and follow it exactly to meet results
Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Prepare call list by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Be able to deliver the Insuritas value proposition effectively via phone, onsite, and web-ex meetings.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements:
Prior marketing/sales/customer service/telemarketing experience Required
Basic insurance/financial services experience Preferred
An energetic attitude towards soliciting and speaking with c-suite executives (CEO, CFO, EVP) Required
Well-developed negotiation, project and problem solving skills
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to greet new challenges with enthusiasm
Proven ability to meet sales goals
Proven motivation for sales and sales planning
Proven ability to effectively build relationships
Must possess and develop market knowledge
Strong oral/written communication skills
Ability to effectively present information to executive levels of management including CFO, CIO, CEO, CMO.
