Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office, ensuring smooth communication and organization.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office activities - Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.
) - Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures - Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data - Submit timely reports Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High School Diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus This position requires skills in administrative tasks, file management, computerized systems, and general office management.
Hours are M-F 10a to 2p Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time Pay:

00 per hour Expected hours:
20 per week Schedule:
4 hour shift Monday to Friday Work Location:
In person.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
