Responsibilities:
Talent acquisition support our talent acquisition process through job postings, resume screening and applicant assessments.
Use our existing tools as well as look to improve upon them.
Employee onboarding help new hires through the process and track pre-employment requisites.
Maintain all employee personnel records in iSolved HCM- on-boarding information, disciplinary action notes, address changes, time off balance tracking, benefits, etc.
Weekly payroll processing Compliance:
DOT required documentation licenses, medical cards, random drug screens, customer badging.
Reporting for management support KPI tracking, compensation models Prepare and distribute employee notices and materials (benefit enrollments, companywide memos, etc.
) Collaborate with leadership team to administer employee benefits including annual open enrollment and relationships with insurance brokers.
Coordinate employee training with functional team leads.
Human Resources Associate Qualifications; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 2
years of experience in HR coordination or administration Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Additional Skills Attention to detail and accuracy Problem-solving and analytical abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Experience with HRIS and payroll systems Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Additional Benefits Vision Medical Dental Life Insurance Retirement Savings.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
